Eng. Akram Al-Najjar is a senior project management consultant, trainer, and executive leader with more than 30 years of professional experience in project, program, portfolio, PMO, risk, and strategic management.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of PMhouse, a PMI Authorized Training Partner, providing professional training, competency assessment, and management consulting services to individuals and organizations across the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Eng. Akram has held senior leadership positions including PMO Project Manager, Deputy Program Director, Regional PMO Director, and Head of Portfolio, Program, Project, and Risk Management functions. He has contributed to major government, infrastructure, water, municipal, and organizational transformation programs in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

His expertise includes PMO establishment and improvement, project governance, strategic planning, portfolio and program management, enterprise risk management, scheduling, performance measurement, competency assessment, and the practical application of artificial intelligence in project management.

Eng. Akram holds multiple internationally recognized certifications, including PgMP, PMP, PMI-PMOCP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, P3O, MoP, MSP, and Change Management. He is also an experienced speaker and facilitator known for translating complex management concepts into practical, evidence-based solutions that support executives, project teams, and organizations in achieving measurable results.
