PMhouse Course Purchase Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or enrolling in any PMhouse online course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. Digital Course Access
PMhouse online courses are digital educational products delivered electronically through the PMhouse learning platform.
Course access is personal and is provided to the registered learner account associated with the purchase.
2. Course Access Period
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the course page, access to the purchased course is valid for 365 days from the date of enrollment or course activation.
After the 365-day access period expires, access to the course may automatically end.
Any extension or renewal of access is subject to PMhouse approval and may require an additional payment.
3. Non-Transferable Enrollment
Course enrollment is personal and non-transferable.
The learner may not transfer, sell, assign, or share the course with another person.
Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to access the course through the learner’s account is strictly prohibited.
PMhouse reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected account sharing or unauthorized use.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of PMhouse courses, course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been activated, accessed, viewed, streamed, or otherwise used.
Where the learner has not accessed or benefited from the course, any refund request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer protection and e-commerce laws.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All course videos, presentations, documents, templates, assessments, questions, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to PMhouse.
The learner receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the course for educational purposes only.
Recording, copying, downloading where not expressly permitted, reproducing, distributing, publishing, reselling, or commercially exploiting course content is prohibited.
6. Course Content
PMhouse may update, improve, revise, or reorganize course content to maintain educational quality and professional relevance.
Such updates do not automatically create a right to a refund.
7. Technical Requirements
The learner is responsible for having a suitable device and a reliable internet connection.
Problems caused by the learner’s device, internet connection, browser, or local network do not constitute grounds for a refund.
PMhouse will make reasonable efforts to resolve material technical issues directly attributable to the PMhouse platform.
8. Payment and Order Review
The learner is responsible for reviewing the selected course, course price, and order details before completing payment.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers, including card payment providers and PayPal.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the purchase and selecting the Terms and Conditions acceptance checkbox at checkout, the learner confirms acceptance of these terms.

بإتمام شراء أو التسجيل في أي دورة إلكترونية مقدمة من PMhouse، يقر المتدرب بأنه قرأ وفهم ووافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:
1. الوصول إلى الدورة الرقمية
دورات PMhouse الإلكترونية هي منتجات تعليمية رقمية يتم تقديمها إلكترونيًا عبر منصة PMhouse التعليمية.
يتم منح حق الوصول إلى الدورة للحساب الشخصي للمتدرب المسجل والمرتبط بعملية الشراء.
2. مدة الوصول إلى الدورة
ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك صراحة في صفحة الدورة، تكون مدة الوصول إلى الدورة المشتراة 365 يومًا من تاريخ التسجيل أو تفعيل الدورة.
بعد انتهاء مدة الـ365 يومًا، قد ينتهي الوصول إلى محتوى الدورة تلقائيًا.
أي تمديد أو تجديد لمدة الوصول يخضع لموافقة PMhouse وقد يتطلب سداد رسوم إضافية.
3. التسجيل شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل
التسجيل في الدورة شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل أو التنازل للغير.
لا يجوز للمتدرب بيع أو نقل أو تحويل حق الوصول إلى الدورة لشخص آخر.
كما يُحظر مشاركة بيانات الدخول أو السماح لأي شخص آخر باستخدام حساب المتدرب للوصول إلى الدورة.
تحتفظ PMhouse بحق تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول إلى الدورة في حالة الاشتباه في مشاركة الحساب أو الاستخدام غير المصرح به.
4. سياسة الاسترجاع
نظرًا للطبيعة الرقمية لدورات PMhouse، فإن قيمة شراء الدورة تكون بصفة عامة غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تفعيل الوصول إلى الدورة أو الدخول إليها أو مشاهدة أو بث أو استخدام أي جزء من محتواها.
في حالة عدم دخول المتدرب إلى الدورة أو الانتفاع بمحتواها، تتم مراجعة أي طلب استرجاع وفقًا للأنظمة الإلزامية المعمول بها لحماية المستهلك والتجارة الإلكترونية.
لا تحد هذه الشروط من أي حقوق نظامية للمستهلك لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
5. الملكية الفكرية
جميع فيديوهات الدورات والعروض التقديمية والوثائق والنماذج والاختبارات والأسئلة والمواد التعليمية مملوكة لـPMhouse أو مرخصة لها.
يُمنح المتدرب حقًا شخصيًا ومحدودًا وغير حصري لاستخدام الدورة لأغراض التعلم فقط.
يُحظر تسجيل أو نسخ أو تنزيل المحتوى في غير الحالات المسموح بها صراحة، أو إعادة إنتاجه أو توزيعه أو نشره أو إعادة بيعه أو استغلاله تجاريًا.
6. محتوى الدورة
يحق لـPMhouse تحديث أو تطوير أو مراجعة أو إعادة تنظيم محتوى الدورة بهدف الحفاظ على الجودة التعليمية والملاءمة المهنية.
ولا تمنح هذه التحديثات تلقائيًا حقًا في استرجاع قيمة الدورة.
7. المتطلبات التقنية
يتحمل المتدرب مسؤولية توفير جهاز مناسب واتصال إنترنت مستقر.
ولا تعتبر المشكلات الناتجة عن جهاز المتدرب أو اتصال الإنترنت أو المتصفح أو الشبكة المحلية سببًا لاسترجاع قيمة الدورة.
تلتزم PMhouse ببذل جهود معقولة لمعالجة المشكلات التقنية الجوهرية الناتجة مباشرة عن منصة PMhouse.
8. الدفع ومراجعة الطلب
يتحمل المتدرب مسؤولية مراجعة اسم الدورة وسعرها وتفاصيل الطلب قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.
قد تتم معالجة المدفوعات من خلال مزودي خدمات دفع خارجيين، بما في ذلك مزودو الدفع بالبطاقات وPayPal.
9. الموافقة على الشروط
بإتمام عملية الشراء وتحديد مربع الموافقة على الشروط والأحكام في صفحة الدفع، يؤكد المتدرب موافقته على هذه الشروط.
