Our PRINCE2 course is an entry-level certification for project practitioners. The PRINCE2 Foundation demonstrates a strong understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management.
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based approach for project management providing an easily tailored and scalable method for the management of all types of projects. PRINCE 2 Officially launched in October 1996, PRINCE2 is the method used for planning and managing projects in the public and private sectors. The method is used for a wide variety and size of projects. PRINCE2 is universally accepted as best practice project management. PRINCE2 was developed as a UK government standard for information systems projects & enable the project manager and the project team to focus on business justification

Course Objectives
- The aim of this course is to provide delegates with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2®. The Foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner qualification.
