The situation
A construction contractor had experienced engineers acting as project managers, each running projects in his own way. Clients complained about late, inconsistent progress reports.
The challenge
The engineers were technically strong but had no common project-management language, and previous generic courses had not changed daily practice.
What we did
We ran a learning path combining PMP-aligned workshops, power-skills sessions and business-acumen cases, then coached each project manager while preparing his real schedule, risk register and monthly report.
The result
The company moved to one reporting template and one review rhythm across projects, managers presented status with evidence, and a group of managers entered the PMP certification track with a clear plan.

شركة مقاولات لديها مهندسون ذوو خبرة يعملون كمديري مشاريع، وكلٌّ يدير مشروعه بطريقته. وكان العملاء يشتكون من تقارير تقدّم متأخرة وغير متسقة.
التحدي
المهندسون أقوياء فنياً، لكن لا توجد لغة مشتركة لإدارة المشاريع، والدورات العامة السابقة لم تغيّر الممارسة اليومية.

نفّذنا مساراً يجمع ورشاً متوافقة مع PMP، وجلسات للمهارات القيادية، وحالات في الفطنة التجارية، ثم رافقنا كل مدير مشروع وهو يُعدّ جدوله الزمني وسجل مخاطره وتقريره الشهري الحقيقي.
النتيجة
انتقلت الشركة إلى نموذج تقارير واحد وإيقاع مراجعة واحد لكل المشاريع، وصار المديرون يعرضون الحالة بالأدلة، ودخلت مجموعة منهم مسار شهادة PMP بخطة واضحة.
