Overview
Innovation has never been as present as it is today. Innovation management is the systematic promotion of innovations in organizations and includes tasks of planning, organization, management and control. This course will provide the attendees with the principles and concepts of Innovation and innovation management, and how this science would be applied within the organization to create a competitive advantage. The course will illustrate the different models of innovation and how to manage the innovation with the organization. Also, the course illustrates how to build an innovative management system, and the components of this system based on the newest ISO standard: ISO 56002:2019.
